These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FutureMindSpark AI's website at futuremindspark.net and all services provided by FutureMindSpark AI ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

FutureMindSpark AI provides AI-powered marketing services including social media management, real estate virtual staging, and AI automation workflows. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.

Payment Terms

• Real estate staging services are billed per project upon delivery
• Monthly social media and automation services are billed monthly in advance
• A setup fee applies to new monthly service agreements as quoted
• All payments are due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing

Cancellation Policy

Monthly service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Project-based services (real estate staging) are non-refundable once production has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with a delivered project, contact us within 3 business days and we will work to resolve the issue.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate brand guidelines, assets, and access credentials required for service delivery
• Reviewing and approving content within the agreed review windows
• Ensuring they have rights to any assets (photos, videos, logos) provided to us for use

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to all deliverables produced for their account. FutureMindSpark AI retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

FutureMindSpark AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding specific results from our services, including follower growth, lead generation, or property sale timelines. AI-generated content and staging are provided as creative tools, not as professional legal, financial, or real estate advice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
